Refund policy

STYLE UPCYCLE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Style Upcycle. We take great pride in our product selection, however, if you do not love your purchase please see our return policy below. 

We gladly accept exchanges or returns for qualifying* items within 14 days of receipt. Orders returned for a refund will have a $10.00 shipping & restocking fee deducted from the refund total, back to the original form of payment. Orders exchanged for merchandise of an equal or greater value will not have a shipping & restocking fee deducted. 

Products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet these qualifications:

• FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL items marked SALE, swimsuits, body items (IE bodysuits, sticky bras), jewelry, and all accessories (hats, belts, scarves, purses, etc) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.  
• Items must be returned in unworn condition (if originally sold as new and/or unworn).
• Items must be free of stains, deodorant and makeup marks.
• Items must be free of perfume, smoke and cigarette smell.
• Items must be free of pet hair.
• Items must still have the original tag(s) attached (if included).
• Items that do not meet the above qualifications will not receive a refund or store credit. 
• Style Upcycle reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
